ken wrote on Monday, March 19, 2012 (PDT):it is an Allis chalmers. The tractor is set up for "snap coupler" The 3pt hitch is a conversion Allis made. I have a hitch close to it for my wd45. I also think I have an extra arm like the one your looking for.

I was moving the tractor back in the fall and didnt have my bale spear on, the lift arm caught the tire and picked the arm up so far that it bent the adjustable arm. Any info would help, thanks!!!
